I sent them an email, I don't know that they will read it.  But it sums up how I feel:

To Whom This May Concern:

OK, now I am pissed off.  My bank account is negative, I have no money really to speak of (which is why I was looking for a loan to begin with) and you folks, lacking any human conscience at all, are running a big, BIG! scam organization designed to take money from innocent people who are desperate enough to try anything that might help them, or worse yet, you have it all designed to SECRETLY lure people in so they don't even know what hit them.  How can you live with yourselves.  Don't you have families, children, parents.  What if someone did the same thing to you or them.  OH YEAH,  YOU DON'T HAVE A HEART SO YOU WOULDN'T KNOW HOW IT FEELS.  It sucks.  My fiancee is dying, my mother is unable to live in her home the way it is without renovations to make it safer, I can't afford to help either one of them and I have been DESPERATELY searching for a loan so I can try to ease some of the financial strain we are in just to be ripped off blindsided by and organization of crooks!!!  I grew up believing that you should treat others the way you want to be treated.  I don't suppose you all live by that do you?  I really don't care so much about the money, I didn't have any before, I don't have any now and it doesn't look like I am going to get any.  What I do care about, and what really hurts, is that I have tried hard to do good by others and treat others with kindness and respect.  And in a very low time in my life, when I am potentially faced with losing two of the last loved ones I have left in my life, (I still have my daughter, bless her heart and her health) I put my faith and trust in a company to try to help me out, and like a virus, your company came along and just sucked that right out of me.  Now I am left still with a dying fiancee, an ill mother who still needs work done on the house to make it safe for her to live in it and my wounded faith and wounded trust in others.  Oh, and I am quite negative in my bank account because your draft caused several other things to bounce, those overdraft fees compound the problem quite a bit.  I really hope you read this through, and now go eat something nice, I hope it sits well in your stomach as you ponder how many lives you have negatively affected, and later when you try to sleep, picture me taking care of my mother in the hospital after she broke a hip because I wasn't able to make her bathroom safe for her.  These are the things I think about ALL THE TIME.  I just want to help someone else, and you all are out to do whatever it takes to make yourself rich, at any cost.  THE COST IS OTHER PEOPLE'S LIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Sleep tight......

P.S.  I am reporting you.  It may not make a difference to you, but it will make a difference to me.  Maybe it will prevent someone else from making the same mistake I did.  And I would like my money back if at all possible...

Well, Heather - I'm 100% on your side! At least you've gotten some kind of confirmation from USA CREDIT via e-mail. In my case - they just took my money and ran with it! Best of luck to you, but if you want to organize a media exposure of the bussiness - I'm the go to person!

If nothing is resolved in your current cituation -n I URGE YOU TO GOING ME ON MY MEDIA TRIAL....Please, let me know @ the posting on Oct. 9th, 2010 above you. Thank you very much for the website and suggestion.  I just filed a complaint with them today at 2:30pm and I will keep the site posted with anything I find.  I also am sending out all the information I have to the ABC News Shows,  20/20, Dateline, Nightline etc... It may not do any good.  But I feel I have to try...

I feel a little better just for taking the first step, I will see now where it goes.

You're right, I didn't explain what actually happened, I just explained how I felt after the problem happened.

I am in need of some financial assistance so I set out for a loan on line.  Of course there are hundreds of those Payday Loans, (which I think are a bunch of BS as well but that is beside the point).  Anyway, one of the loan agencies, and I wish I remembered the name of it so I could report them as well, had a questionnaire at the end of the loan process asking if I wanted information about a card that would be reported to the Credit Bureaus and help build my credit with a $2,500 credit limit.  Sure I want to know more about it, I need to build my credit and I was planning to move into a new apartment and was going to have to purchase things for it so I figured I could just purchase things from them.  I was under the impression that I was just getting information about it.  I will say that I may have read it incorrectly or misunderstood, but it seems a little fishy. 

A little while later I received an email from USA Credit welcoming me to the program and that I would receive materials in the mail within 14 business days.  WOW, I was surprised.  I thought, "well, I guess I misunderstood, I am stuck now.  Maybe in the long run it will turn out to be a good idea."  I called USA Credit and explained my situation and let them know I wouldn't have the money till after the first of the month when I get paid and they agreed to hold off payment until then.  So I agreed to go with the card and I thought all was taken care of.  Then another part of the company, USA Benefits calls and lets me know they are part of the program and that I would receive a number of exclusive benefits just for being a member.  No money was discussed.  I go about my business thinking all is fine and although it isn't exactly how I wanted to go about getting things for the apartment, there would be longterm benefits.

A few days later, I receive a text from my bank that my account is now overdrawn, to my great surprise.  I thought I had $190 in the bank.  So when I look I see that first, USA Benefits had taken out $49.95 and that brought it down, and after that USA Credit had taken out their $149.95.  And on the same day I had other transactions that overlapped with that actually making my balance -$200 by the end of the day.  WOW!!!  From $190 to -$200 in the bat of an eye.  That makes me look pretty bad.  I talked to that bank and deposited some funds and we put a hold on it to keep it from going further in the negative (I wasn't sure if there were more companies involved with USA Credit that were going to try to take money.)  Here it is the middle of the month and I don't get paid again till the first of October and I now have a negative balance and $28 in my purse to last me till I get paid.  Calls for creative thinking and solutions.  I felt scared, upset, back stabbed, ripped off and very sad.  I, again now had to tell my daughter I had no money to get this or that.  Starting to sound like a broken record. 

Well at this point I thought I would just swallow hard and roll with the punches.  A few days later after the shock of what happened I decided to go ahead and just log into the site and see what they had to offer, maybe it would lift my spirits.  Well, that's where the other story takes off,  I was unable to log in and kept getting the run around when I called to get assistance.  NOTHING WORKED, it isn't real.  I had been scammed and now I knew it....

Hope that better explains what happened...  I just wrote a letter to USA Benefits, here it is:

To whom this may concern:

I have already worked with USA Credit and actually received a credit (thank God for small favors(-:)  I did think however, they would take care of the refund for USA Benefits as well.  No.  I see now that although you work together, you are still separate.  So, I am asking for my refund from you as well.  I have already reported you to the BBB and to Ripoff Report.  I am very unhappy that I was scammed.  As I told USA Credit, I don't know how you live with yourselves knowing you are STEALING from people who are looking for help, and actually believing you would be a part of that help in some cases.  I used to trust other people and think people were good.  But I have been crapped on and taken advantage of and ripped of both openly and blindly.  I am unfortunately now wounded and I don't see the world the same anymore.  This is a "Dog eat dog world", and it does seem as though people are out for themselves, it doesn't matter who they hurt along the way.  I, although it is difficult, AM NOT going to follow that philosophy.  However, I am going to watch by back from now on and I guess rather than assuming that people are good, I will have to take a closer look and verify peoples intentions and motives BEFORE I enter into any kind of relationship or commitment with them.  I have no more flesh left to be stabbed in the back anymore, and my face is scarred from being "slapped" time and time again. 

So, proceed with your scamming business, but know that in the end, we all get out just rewards.  I have been punished by societies greed, judgments and prejudices over and over again, but I KNOW MY HEART, and I know I do good by others and I am fair and giving.  I am not going to change that about myself.  I am going to be patient and know that although life my be unfair, and people can be very cruel, it will all come out in the wash (so to speak).  I will be held accountable for my own actions as well, and I can relax knowing I won't be punished for mistreating and hurting others and that helps to keep me motivated not to change who I am.  I will no longer look for fairness and equality within the human race, I will find it in my own heart.  I also find peace and comfort within the loved ones in my life.  I am happy, even through the pain a cars left by unkind and greedy people. But I can sleep peacefully at night know I am a good person and have a good heart.  Sometimes we just have to accept the rewards we find in ourselves and maintain inner peace because the world isn't going to offer it up.

This is a truly sad story and I feel sorry for you but I don't think I know what happened.

Were you overdrawn?  Were you incorrectly charged fees? What?

I'm not trying to be critical, I just don't see where you told what the complaint actually is.

Sorry about your hardship...  Please ignore the rebuttal from the so-called employee. Of course, this company is going to try and defend their position, but the bottom line is is that they're scammers, and no amount of rebuttal rhetoric will change that fact.
