I got a phone call on December 20, 2011 about a payday loan from USA fast cash internartional. The guy who I talked to on the phone say that I have a payday loan with this company that I didnot try to pay back the amount that I owed. He went on explain that I have a balance of $154.00 and if I pay the amount over that phone then it the loan balance would be settled otherwise I will be taken to court. I told the guy that I didnot received any funds from this company in the amount that he say I owed. I even told him to hold which I check my account to see if I have any fund deposited in my account. After checking my account, I told the guy that there was no funds deposited so I didnot owed anything and I am not going to pay what I didnot owe. At that point, I was very angry and he kept trying to explain that the company will take me to court over the loan. I tried to tell him several times that I didnot owe this company any money so I don't know what he is talking about. I asked for the company information so I can call them and straighten this problem out but he couldn't provide me with any information such as a phone number that I can call. He told me to call the guy who named is John Wright to provide me with the company info. I was very angry because John Wright was the one who gave me the rep's number to discuss the loan. He just told me that if I don't pay the loan balance then he will see me in court and hang up. I was thinking for a couple of minutes and just realized that I did received a call before from a John Miller about a payday loan. I told that guy that I don't need the loan so don't call me anymore.
