Recently I got called by this company to put my car up. I did and got scared because of the bashing that was going on that I later found out about. In the mist of trying to pull my car off it was sold! I had no problems, I reacted to quickly because of reading all the bashing going on. Later, after investigating, it turns out that most of the bashing is by other companies trying to eliminate the competition by making false reports of this company. I let my car go and it got sold. I'm just a regular dude and thats my story. Believe what you want to believe. This company is fine by my book and thats my story.

I happen to be a satisfied customer of Usa Motor Sales. I signed up early November 2007 and was one of their first customers. They called me through an ad I posted on Craigslist. I spoke with one of their salesmen and liked their idea. She was very helpful with helping price out my vehicle. She also explained to me how their services may help sell my car. I thought they had a great concept and after 5 weeks on Craigslist with no responses I was ready to move on. There were a few other companies that called me and had some similar advertising but these guys were willing to beat their prices. To make a long story short, I decided to try it out.

My car sold in about 7 weeks and I got a few hundred dollars more than I expected. The gentlemen that purchased the car got financing through one of their lenders. It took a few different prospects for qualification but it ended up in success. I am actually thinking about posting another car with them.

The purpose of writing this report is not necessarily to support the company but to make it fair for those who need another point of view. Even though, I am a past customer, I always do research before moving on with any company. I have another car that I am thinking about selling and of course Usa Motor Sales came to mind. Since it has been a few months since I signed up, I wanted to know their present status. I went on their website, and noticed their inventory has increased in volume. Then, I looked them up on Google and found a few reports mostly from an ex-empoyee. I even think most of these complaints sound as if they are all coming from the "past employee". That report being biased will not affect my decisions of advertising with them again.


As far as I am concerned, they have helped me out and so far we are 1 for 1.

If you are ONLY an "advertising company", then all you are allowed to do by law is "advertise". However, you yourself as well as your employees have describes all of the other "services" you provide to "sell" someones vehicle in an attempt to justify your outrageous fees.

Wording is everything. How you word something makes the determination of how you need to be licensed. As soon as you say you will "sell" or help sell" or "assist in the sale" of someone's vehicle for a fee, you NEED A DEALERS LICENSE! That is the law.

According to the way you worded what you allegedly offer, YOU NEED A STATE OF Nevada AUTOMOBILE DEALERS LICENSE!!

You need to read and understand the law.

This is the identical scam that "One Stop Motors" was running, and you WERE involved with that too!

It got too hot as "One Stop Motors", so you simply started a new scam of the same type, under a new name.

To all affected by this SCAM, notify the State of Nevada, Department of Business & Industry, Licensing Division and file a complaint of an UNLICENSED DEALER.

This is a FELONY.

For those who do not know, Russ is a past employee of One Stop Motors. So that is where he got his business practices. And as far as the HAPPY EMPLOYEE, it is probably their #1 sales man, Matt, who by the way has more complaints than any other Sales person. No wonder he's so happy, they make sure to take care of him, no matter how much the other employees or customers suffer. Russ and Stella should be ashamed of themselves, they both dont care about anything but getting more money. So for the people who think that I am just an upset employee, your are sadly mistaken, I love my new job and I dont have to worry about getting yelled at for no reason. I am just disgusted by the practices of this company and I hate the fact that they continue to ROB people. Hopefully people listen to my warnings because if they dont, they WILL be sorry.

I lived in Vegas for almost 8 years. I am familiar with scams like yours, as well as being familiar with C.C.O. and N.R.S.

You are NOT licensed as an "auto dealer" but NEED to be to legally perform the "services" you claim to provide.

At last I checked, if you sell, or assist in the sale of more than 3 vehicles per year in Clark County, you need a dealers license.

The state of Nevada requires that you have a dealers license to perform any service for a third party in the sale of a motor vehicle for a fee, other than advertising.

You claim to provide more services than just advertising, so you need to be licensed and bonded.

This scam smells of an old scam by the name of " One Stop Motors " who was listed here on ROR hundreds of times. I believe that you were behind that one too.

Please provide your delers license # here as well as your bonding info.

UsaMotorSales.com is a great company to work for and to do business with. It sounds like to me this employee had a personal issue with Stella. I do understand that not everybody gets along with the people that they work with or for. But there is no reason for personal bashing. Stella actually stayed after hours many times to make sure that all the customers needs were taken care of.

Of course your employer would be upset if you miss work or come in late. That is with any company you work for. That just shows me that this is a responsible company. And wants to have their employees's here on time so they can take care of business and help any clients that may want to update or change their ad with us or any potential customers that want to buy a vehicle.

As for Clients we do have very happy customers on both ends. This means when we are advertising for our Clients we do whatever it takes to make them happy with their ad and help sell their vehicle. We also help out the buyers with financing, extended warranty's and any shipping they may need. I would have loved to have a company like this selling my vehicle. UsaMotorSales.com takes care of everything for you the only thing you have to do is collect your money when your vehicle sells.

I also would like to add that I have been an employee for this company since last year and love it here. Just because one employee is unhappy does not make this a bad company. All the employees and managers are very dedicated to this company and love what we do. Every person that is employed here work for one thing and that is to satisfy customers.

So please do not insult people's intelligence by writing your personal issues on here. And this "past employee" must have a lot of time on there hands so my guess is they don't have another job yet. I wonder why???

This is a great company and I suggest if you're selling a car or buying a car, try another option and give us a call.

"Russell" responded to the past employee comment, but did not comment on an actual client complaint. If it was just the past employee being MAD, then why did
Russell not responds to the actual clients' complaint. HMMM why is this? I could almost bet it was not "Russell" doing the responding anyway, this would be the one who is running the company into the ground, Stella would be her name. Once Stella was asked; "What should be done with the client ads that timed out after 30 days. (This means after 30 days the ad is removed or expired and needs to be put on the site again... manually, such sites as adpost.com). What does Stella say...We don't have time to check on these files wait until the client calls in to complain? The real question is'; Are there any actual clients out there that are happy with USA Motor Sales? I do know that the employees are threatened by clients on a daily basis.

Clients are far from Happy. The other question is I would love to hear from other past employees and just to see for fun; How many quit or were let go because of Stella. (Then it becomes because they were coming to work late, and of course there phone educate. Even though most of the employees stand outside in the mornings waiting for the Owner and his girlfriend to get to work so the door can be unlocked, but they are worried about people being LATE. A suggestion for Stella would be Honey practice what you preach, most of the time you have NO CLUE what you are talking about, one more hint ... It shows! The one thing Stella does do every day is run down employees so she feels important, It is no wonder they do not have long time employees.

I believe it is a rip off with the way the company is now being run. As long as Russell continues to allow Stella to act like an asset, the company will continue to be a rip off. The only part Stella pays attention to is the part where you give her money. You pay upfront and never hear from them again, why because you paying are all she is concerned with. Not a company I would want to do business with.

With that said, does $500 sound that much? We currently sell advertising packages that range from $299 - $549. We have much more to offer than most advertising companies out there as briefly described above. That is the reason behind our pricing.

In regards to my former employee's statements, it is obvious that these are based on personal issues that have no such factual evidence behind them. Of course, they are truly false statements that are depicted to make readers believe in them. Our Goal is to move these vehicles as fast as possible. We have in fact sold vehicles through exposure from our website and our affiliates. We Guarantee to advertise until Sold with full support throughout the whole selling process.
