They were completely unwilling to give credit for all the months charged where we were paying fees where no service was provided. They want their money regardless. To this day they refuse to credit us back money owed and was taken with our consent. If you find charges paid to a long distance carrier on your phone bill, be sure to check with your phone company to make sure you do not have overlaping long distance service.
