I bought 2 tablets thrgh pig-Pony on ebay in Nov. They were very important Christmas gifts if you know what i mean. My little girls played Christmas day and then neither one would charge. I contacted seller and she responded and gave me rma to return them. I returned with a tracking number in Jan. on Jan 8th she responded and said they had received tablet and would send them out and i shoukd receive within 6 days. I didnt know tht ebay protection ended on 11th. 10 days later i mess her again and no response. I mes 2 more times and still no response. These people have taken my babies christmas gifts and that will never be replaced. I am out 225.00. I am very upset with the way this was handled. She set me up so that i didnt turn them in before the protection date of ebay approached then they stop responding. Pipo is the name of android tablets. Pig-pony is who the seller was. She signed her nane as Amanda. Jianwen Li is the name that payment went to off of my paypal. Usa111 inc is where i mailed tablet back to. I would love for these people to get caught!

USA111, as is eBay, is legitimate. I've done business with them for years; including problems with merchandise that have been handled promptly, and properly. (If you've phoned them, they have had phone problems. Their business number is 614-662-8067.) Also, anytime you have a problem with an eBay purchase, the fastest and most effective way to contact ANY company is to contact them using eBay messages (to the seller).
You can also call eBay at 866-540-3229. They will ALWAYS help you find a satisfactory solution and, if a company is dishonest, a rare event, eBay will refund you: such a refund takes about a week, plus 3-4 days processing time. [Note: in all fairness, I should add, it was hard to follow what you wrote about what happened.]
