USBI Mainstreet Telephone (I have no way of contacting them) added unauthorized charges to my SBC bill. SBC encourages this by refusing to take customer's instructions, allowing anyone to add charges to any bill, and lying to customer about putting bills in dispute status. I have no idea who or what Mainstreet Telephone is or why they thought I wanted to pay them $16 per month on my SW Bell bill. Valerie Odessa TX
