I placed an order for a birth certificate and the advertisement shows $18.00 so your assumption is those are your charges. Well, once you place an order for the documents that you think your requesting, you will be totally surprised after completing you submission. I thought after I hit submit order it would navigate me to a review order screen, however the order was already submitted with no review to ensure correct and total fees. All I can say is approach this website with total caution. Im also disappointed that they fail to answer the phone after multiple calls. When someone did answer and I stated I wanted a refund, they stated all sales are final and disconnected. Needless to say I could not reach this company again via telephone, so I decided to email them. Well to my surprise the owner emailed me back stating that I needed to relax and take a deep breath because he hadn't did anything wrong.  Judge for yourself

We have a autoresponder that sends you a message stating we will send you a sales receipt.  Does shortly to you mean minutes?  Again, relax. No one at our company intentionally disconnected the line on you..............unless you were being very rude or cussing (I don't know if you were, just telling you what might have happened). I assume you called in a busy time of the day, we have 16 employees and are VERY busy.  Again, relax a little. Asking Visa to do whatever you said to do is laughable, over reacting a little maybe?  Federal charges?  For what?  Again, relax a little. If you have done a BBB complaint and already contested the charges we will be glad to run thru that procedure and you will get a refund.  Again, slow down and breath. There is absolutely nothing we do that is false advertising.  The $18 fee is the states fee for one of the states we process.  We have helped 100,000's of customers and unfortunately there are ones like yourself that go completely overboard for no reason.  Take a deep breath, relax a little and calm down.  No one is out to rip you off.  A little patience goes a long way, you should try it. Usbirthcertificate.com

His website states their professional, really yeah okay! I don't believe the owner himself is a bad guy almost everyone is in business for profit, however do I think the information you see is a bit misleading absolutely in my opinion.
