USBirthCertificates.com Con Artist, Colossal Rip Off, Fear for your personal info, Creepy business Houston Texas

Stay away from this business.  You are basically giving away your money for nothing.  I am out $74.  This business will not answer the phone or emails and that is very creepy…and scary knowing they have my personal information.  I honestly do not know how I mixed up with this company.  I was in a hurry to get a birth certificate and googled.  I thought I was dealing with VitalChek. I got an email from USbirthcerticate.com with a receipt for $74 for service and express shipping…I thought it was VitalChek.  VitalChek did contact me for some corrections on our information which I thought was weird…I never make typos on my name.  OK, so all was good…NOT!  I noticed I had a charge from USbirthcertificate.com AND VitalChek.  I called VitalChek to ask them why they charged me twice.  They told me to dispute the charge in full for USbirhtcertificate.com and that this happens all the time from this company.  Huh?  I was told I may have either been on their site or clicked on something off to the side.  In short, the receipt from USbirthcertificate.com states all is paid for in full to include express shipping…other than a few state fees.  Well, SURPRISE…it doesn’t include anything!!!  I don’t know what happened, but let’s say they referred our issue to VitalChek…VitalChek did everything.  USbirthcerticate.com did nothing except maybe forward incorrect information which was bad service and VitalChek took care of everything.  USbirthcerificate.com charged $25 for express shipping and they are not shipping anything, VitalChek is.  You want a birth certificate…go to VitalChek.com and AVOID USbirthcerticate.com like the plague.
