Purchased 5 year/60 month warranty for truck. $1500. Was told that I could cancel at any time and get a pro rated refund. When I called to cancel four months later the man ? Mark was super rude and demeaning. I was told I needed to return the policy to get a refund - but a policy was never sent. I was then told - after weeks of trying to get through to "customer service" to send a certified letter requesting the refund. Nothing happend. And nothing has still happened. These guys need to be arrested for fraud and hung by their toenails. They get off on high pressure sales tactics and are not ever going to provide a refund, customer service or a claim. No decent business puts you under the gun to purchase from them. Don't buy into the - you have to purchase on this call or you won't get another chance. They will stay on as long as you want. Frank is one of the "sales" guys. He's a slippery devil. Even suggested he would call toyota for me so toyota could verify what he was telling me - I told him I would call toyota. At any rate, I hope to find a way to sue them.
