I can't thank this company enough for allowing me to spend almost $2000 just so i can send and recieve e-mail. I bought this system 1 year ago after watching they're show a couple of times on tv. When they showed all the things that this system was capable of, along with the extras that were included, it looked like a pretty good deal. Being computer illterate, I showed this to people I knew who had computers. Everyone thought it was a pretty good deal. I went ahead and ordered it, had someone with computer knowledge set it up and get me online, i was happy with it.

After a couple of weeks, I decide to try experimenting with some of the other things that this system was supposedly capable of. I don't know what system they were using on they're tv demonstrations, but it wasn't this piece of junk. The cameras are toys, the software must be outdated because it can't be installed. I could only use the printer to do one job and then have to uninstall and then reinstall it to the point where it can't even be installed anymore.

The system crashed, so I tried calling the support line. After numerous times, because I don't have all day to spend on hold, I finally got through. The tech was pleasant enough but he was only able to get some of my programs back. I figured since I had an actual person on the line I would ask him about the printer problem. He told me I would have to call the printer company. After numerous tries to the printer company, they decided they couldn't figure out the problem, it was obviously a computer problem. Big Surprise!

So, here I am one year later with a $2000 dust collector. I would have written sooner, but I didn't know about this site.

Excellent Computer

AUTHOR: Jeffrey - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, December 31, 2004

I am not a spokesperson or employee of Viscom Technology Group, Inc. makers of the V2 Premier. I am however an owner of this fine system. As for Alan calling me a shill, he knows no more about me than he does the V2 Premier. My name is spelled Jeffrey not Jeffery. Alan cannot get that right and he is just as wrong about the fine computer sold by ShopNBC.
I have read the poorly written letters from those on this site and I am sorry they feel ripped off. The fact remains that I purchased this system and I am very happy with it as are countless others.
Don't pass up an excellent value and computer system based only on what you read here.

Jeffery is a shill

AUTHOR: Alan - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 15, 2004

I have read the horror stories people are having with this junk computer, and the stories with the non-existant customer service. Now along comes Jeffery out of the blue with just the opposite story, in fact this computer according to Jeffery is even better then the name brands out there! Can there be a more obvious shill, I don't think so. This guy is full of crap, just stay away from this shop NBC garbage or you will also become a victim of the over priced, outdated, garbage this company is peddling.

Excellent Product and Service

AUTHOR: Jeffrey - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 14, 2004

I purchased the V2 Premier from ShopNBC and am very happy with the system. While I will proably never use all of the $2,800 of software included, everything works perfectly. The customer support is excellent and is in the USA not India. I have owned Compaq and IBM computers and this system is of much better quality and the customer support is 100 times better. The complaints I have read on this site seem to be from people who cannot spell or write complete sentences.

When I am ready for my next computer I will purchase it from ShopNBC.

Thank you so much for your website.

AUTHOR: Tonya - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, August 29, 2004

Thanks a million, or $2400.00+ to be exact I watched ShopNBC this morning and was so excited about the computer system they were selling. Not to mention all the extra bonuses for ordering. I wasn't familiar with V2 Premier, so I did a search on them. I was all but on the phone placing my order until I read the comments from customers ripped off by this company. Thank you so much for saving me the frustration that many others have been through. Thank you to the people on this site for sharing your stories. I hope that things work out for all of you. Thank you so much again. Guess I will keep looking and try to avoid the "sounds to good to be true" sales pitches. Thanks again.
