On 4/27/11 Rafael from Vacation Property Marketing, Inc. called us and said that they have a lot of people interested in renting our timeshare weeks if we aren't going to be using them. They not only needed them for vacations but also for the golf tours that come to Hilton Head and how everything is booked for those weeks. They said we had 3 weeks that could be rented $2,100 a week.

Because they had all our information on our timeshare we thought these people were part of our timeshare. They said to get signed up we would have a one time only fee of $1099 for them to do everything. They also said that if we decided to sell the timeshare that money would also cover that too. They said that in a few weeks we would get a check for $6,300. They also said that after that anytime we had more weeks to rent we just needed to let them know and they would just keep renting them.

We have never heard from them since. No money ever came from them and you never get call backs if you call them. I see now why. It looks like they were a scam and we have been ripped off.,
