This company does not disclose all the information needed. They would not allow refinancing after the 30 day option, not told that you have to pay a yearly membership fee $189. Nobody calls you back to discuss payment except to pay the monthly fee and renew.

This is a complete lie, and you know it. I'm an owner of Voyages. Your 30 day re-financing option is both explained to you, AND included IN WRITING in your package, along with your contract, and a 13 point step by step summary which you INITIALED line by line, stating your $189 annual renewal. Everything is explained in detail, for 2 hours by a rep, a manager, and a closing officer. You also sign and initial everything before leaving. Tell the truth.
