Value City / American Signature Furniture Think their furniture sucks, work at the Corporate Office! Columbus Ohio

I worked for the corporate office for awhile and it SUCKED! Many people quit, turn over is huge and ongoing. They pay well but they are stuck in the past. Execs like to keep their thumbs on you and let you know where you stand. You will go far if you "brown nose", are related or if you are Jewish. They also fire for personal reasons that have nothing to do with your job. Managers are not reliable and will not back up their people. They like to hire without professional background checks and can talk the talk but not walk the walk. I witnessed this at least three times. Everyone in my department was, and still is, on edge due to disorganization and not knowing how to implement goals for the future. Bad management! It might be different today but I doubt it (see above).

Value City and American Signature furniture does suck incredibly. Everything is cheap imports. You get what you pay for. If its cheap, IT'S CHEAP.

On the other hand, people who shop there are of low quality anyways. Always looking to get something for free. Always complaining. I've heard the complaints, seen the pictures customers take.

Example: A recliner that has a stain that looks like someone died on it a month ago does not constitute a replacement due to "the stain guard didn't work".

It's a joke in the departments. Yes, we laugh at them and post the pictures for all to see.

Save your money and go somewhere else more respectable.
