value city furniture credit charged em $446.50 , i purhcase furniture from them and opend a credit account with them , i was paying on time each payment  for the last statement i recieved , i got charged , i did called custome service to solve this problem, she was to mean, i asked and spoke with a manager she was mean to and did nt solve the problem , i will never go to that store and will never puchase any thing from them.

I are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. I apologize that someone did not explain the terms better, however, they are on our website and should have been in the credit card  information you received when applying for 12 month financing. The information states "No Interest if paid in full within 12 months. Interest will be charged to your account (at the standard, APR) from the purchase date if the purchase balance is not paid in full within the promotional period or if you make a late payment."

Since we work with an outside credit card company, they would be better  able to help with your issue. You can contact their Customer Relations department at 1-800-303-1368. Again, I am so sorry that you are going through this, and feel your frustration. I hope the bank is able to help you!
