Value HealthCare Management, LLC, Dynamic Recover Solutions I received a phone call first from this company stateing that I owe a hospital bill from 2002. This bill has been deem not mine by a real collection agency. Now I receive a statement in the mail for the money. Greenville South Carolina

I receive a call from Value HealthCare, Management, LLC on 4/13/15 @12:03pm. Eastern time.  The woman was very rude and when I asked her about the bill, she explain she could not give me the information I wanted due to the HIPPA law.  I told her to send me this bill in the mail.  The bill is 13 yrs old and was deemed not mine from a real collection agency 3 yrs ago. I receive this letter Saturday. 

They are using as a letter head Dynamic Recovery Solutions.  Address is a Post Office Box in SC.  The fine print under ACH Disclosure:  When paid with a check, you are authorizing them to make a one-time electronic fund transfer the same day.  It also explain that you will not receive your check back from your bank. ???????    Why do you need to write a check and then the funds will be electronically transferred.  Hmm.  Why are bills being collected from over 7 yrs. ago.  Hmm.
