(sigh) I should have come to this site before we signed papers 8 yrs ago with Vanderbuilt. EVERYTHING these people have posted in their claims is TRUE. Been there, done that, got the mug, tee shirt and tattoo. I am now at last recourse. We have moved. Changed our contact info on the website before we left. Mobile Home has been abandonded in a park. We were lucky to get out with our belongings. They have been advised to begin foreclosure procedings on the same trailer different "owner" for a third time. Think about this. If they are doing this to us on the same mobile home that they have done this to twice before with different owners, would it stand to figure that they have received adequate financial compensation for this "home"? We will only deal with them through recorded and logged phone calls, our attorney, and certified mail. We will inevevitably end up filing bankruptcy over this mess. Good luck everyone and my prayers are with you. Where the heck is the class action suit?
