vanderbilt mortgage &finance clayton homes northgate heating & air substandred material harassment verbal abuse rude maryville, Tennessee

bought home 2002 1st nite rain running between walls causing them to crumble shelf over washer fell within 1st week all closet shelves had fell. numberous plumbing issues inclding fixtures breaking and leaks resulting in rotten wood under sinks doors have fell apart. reps calling & leaving rude messages they have called my employment even though that number is listed as a do not call. i even had a rep tell me that vanderbilt & fha is the reason poor trash like me could afford to buy a home.the only people who can do under pinning & heat & air units for new homes is northgate (so i was told) the unit lasted 3 yrs then began tearing up .

I feel that clayton homes uses substandred material . vanderbilt then finances the homes & they are sold for a lot more than what they are worth . since vanderbilt has the power to do what they please to people they feel it is their right to talk to and treat people anyway they want to i also feel that northgate uses substandred units because customers have noone else to do that work I feel that all these companies work together to cheat people out of their money.and something should be done . I am certainly open to taking legal action any ideas or suggestions are welcome. the above is just a short list of issues their are alot more.
