My home has been in a fire and now vanderbuilt mortgage has foreclosed on my home after nonpayment for them not fixing it. i could not find a contractor to fix my doublewide nor would vanderbuilt or oakwood homes send a contractor of their to handle any of the damage but they did estimate the damage to be around 9000$ lol and issued a check that they just put into my principal and refused to get it fixed so my family and i stopped paying vanderbuilt mortgage and here the screaming and nonstop call transfering just to get yelled at and bi*hed out for not paying them its like answering a call from a bunch of drunk hillbillies that just pass the phone around to each other.After living in this eye sore for 5 years and getting sinus infections and fatigue not to mention the better bureau of business not lifting a finger to help after numerous attempts of trying to get them to help we are throwing in the towel. We have a 3 year son and take care of a elderly disabled man. We wish the tables were turned and also would love our health and our over 20,000$ back we spent on this junk pile BTW i did paint, clean,and shampoo everything but the air vents which was a mistake. Somebody HELP us with these greedy bastards!
