Paid Rudy of Vanson Limited $42,000 in advance for services, but after many delays, and dozens of lies he has yet to provide the goods, and of course wont refund any of the money...clearly this guy is a rip off so be very wary of dealing with him.

  If this is the same Erin, then sorry Erin you bought Rudys bulls*** hook line and sinker. Rudy left a trail of disasters with his clients and blamed everyone but himself. Now he has ripped off over $1 million   from his creditors are you still going to believe in his professionalism. You are just lucky you didnt get to see the ugly side of Rudy and his attitude to woman. He has a sick mind and thinks of  women as  sex objects to serve his sick fantasies. I knew he liked you so he didnt show that side around you but when he was with other men he let it all out. I feel sorry for his wife and kids.

 When Paul wrote this  he was still a believer in the Vanheerden bulls***. Paul got burnt like all the rest of us licensees and lost his money along with all his clients money or poor jobs. To all  you Christchurch people do not believe a word van heerden tells you as he is a pathological liar. For instance he told my wife and I that his parents were murdered in south africa. We of course felt sympathy  but it was not until a year later that paul told me he had been talking to Rudys mum on the phone  and she was alive and kicking in south africa.  In hindsight it is one of his ploys to get us to sign up the franchise and get our money. How could you ever trust this sort of guy.

As someone who has witnessed the professionalism of VANSON Steel,  I find it absolutely abhorrent that a disgruntled customer is airing their dirty laundry in a cowardly manner. Lets be honest...42k? There are so many design costs and engineering work (of which I was unaware as a customer going in) that go into a project!

Shame!

And shame on this person to put a faux disgruntled complaint on the net like a coward instead of settling this in court. Obviously the law didnt agree and sided on vanson which is why this jerk decided to play victim on this site.

To Whom it may concern:

This is our companies second attempt to set the record straight with regards to the claim made against our company, Vanson Steel.
We have successfully won in court and have documentation to prove it. We have a court case # etc. The claimant has been put into liquidation and we will probably never see the money owed to us.
I have now lost 2 clients who have come to your website and said the negative comment was enough for them to go to one of our competitors.

We have endured 7,000 aftershocks from 3 major earthquakes and losing 2 customers right now is huge to us.

I hope you take immediate action and call or email me to get this outdated, unsubstantiated claim removed. We are in New Zealand and have a U.S. company affecting our company.
Globalization at it's worst!
