on october 17 2012 vantage funding withdrew 30.00 out of my account with out my permission, causing an additional 25.00 overdraft fee. not to mention im am currently unemployee for weeks due to my operation and i never applied on line for a loan as a matter of fact i had no access to a computer at the time of this withdraw. i found out this was taken out of my acct when i was release from the hospital from a major surgery. my bank gave me all the information, i then contacted them and spoke with a supervisor by the name of jason and he stated he would assure my money would be refunded that day which was on a friday. i was not feeling well enough to keep checkin with my bank to see if it was refunded. now that i am feeling a little better i have stayed on top of it and spoke to 2 more supervisors since then and they have both said the same thing and yet have i recieved my refund or overdraft fees that they caused. i am very upset and want further action taken against this company.
