First i would like to start this off stating that i was a customer of this company for several months before i had one of the worst dealings i have ever experienced in the retail field.  This company sells electronic cigarettes and things of that nature, do NOT believe anything that these people tell you about there product!

This product made me and my wife sick, period, point blank.  There products are not tested at all and they seem to care about nothing more than making a dollar.  They were rude and at points blatantly called me a liar.  There customer service is appalling and if you look online youll find several other complaints similar to mine!  Just search innovativesmoking.com review or elight elite review and you will find nothing but terrible feedback!  

Initially i was given a box of leaking cartomizers, when i tried to return to the mall they told me they dont accept returns and that i must not know what i am doing and that if they were leaking that means i got more eliquid than should have been filled in the cartomizer and i should be lucky because im getting more nicotine for my $$$.  Being that i was a customer now for a few months i kept there word and used the cartomizers. BIG MISTAKE!  This was clearly an employee who does not know anything about the product he was selling and put me and my wife in a possibly dangerous position!

Nicotine is a very dangerous drug in the wrong dosages and in liquid form if ingested too much can make you extremely sick!  

Not only was this product overfilled on its nicotine solution spilling onto my mouth and tongue constantly, i am certain that it is overdosed which in some positions in life is good, but when your dealing with a drug like nicotine IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!  I got through less than half an hour of use before feeling very sick.  

When i called and spoke to who i believe to be the manager or possibly owner i was told that there product does not leak, that it is a "premium product" and that they have lab tests on there website proving they are dosed accurately.  
So far i have been told at the kiosk that they may be leaking but to be happy about it, then while on the phone later I was told, no our product do not leak, your wrong and just look at our lab tests.

So i went to the website to see these reports of testing ... i found one report of one batch from august of 2009 (its 4 years old since there last testing) and that was there excuse on why there is no way i have a bad product!  They refused to replace them for me and could care less that there product made me extremely sick.  

This company is selling a dangerous product, they do not lab test on any of there products like they claim to and they have the worst customer service i have ever experienced.  I hope nobody has to go through what i did!
