I waited over 2 weeks to receive the Vape 5 unit and it finally arrives with a broken glass wand so I can't use it at all initially. I texted a picture of the broken wand as was required by VaporNation to prove I actually received a unit with a broken component. VaporNation is too cheap to spend a few extra dollars to send replacement wand via overnight mail, so I had to wait over another 5 days to receive a inferior wand replacement that is shorter with smaller diameter outlet and hose. I waited over 3 weeks just to be able to start using the vaporizer that doesn't function as well as it was designed to do with the inferior wand. VaporNation claims that they don't manufacture any replacement wands so they had to send me the only inferior wand that is available. What kind of reputable company doesn't make replacement parts that particularly are glass that can break? I Used Vape 5 unit only 2 to 3 times and significant Herb is leaking into the digital display of the unit. I sent a picture of the Herb particles in the digital display to VaporNation. VaporNation representative acknowledged he knows of that the Vape 5 unit leaks Herb, stating that he has also has a Vape 5 unit that also leaks Herb into the digital display so I should just accept that the Vape 5 unit leaks Herb into the digital display. VarporNation suggests that I place a book underneath the back end of vaporizer to possibly prevent leaking Herb into the unit, but that suggestion doesn't work. The Vape 5 unit was designed so that the heating element is at an angle so that the Herb is resting upon it and placing a book under the back end comprises how the unit is supposed to operate with the Herb in contact with the heating element. VaporNation refuses to replace leaking unit and original wand offering only that I can purchase a significantly more expensive unit for which they will give a supposed credit for the Vape 5 unit purchase payment I have already made. I refuse to accept paying $249 (over four times more than the Vape 5 unit cost) for a supposed upgraded unit that likely will be of poor quality with broken components given VaporNation's track record so far. VaporNation shipped the vaporizer in a box with glass wand totally unprotected. No reputable company ships a glass component in a box with no insulation wrapping at all, that is just stupid; so I suspect VaporNation just shipped the unit knowingly with a broken wand thinking that I will just accept the inferior replacement wand once. VaporNation knows it is selling a poor quality product that leaks Herbs but is only concerned with their profit so they refuse to honor my simple request to send a new unit with an unbroken original wand with a shipping label to receive back leaky unit with inferior replacement wand. I submitted two product reviews on the company website that were not permitted to post. The first review was after receiving the inferior replacement wand and using the Vape 5 unit once, I submitted an average rating for the Vape 5 unit on the VaporNation website. After using the Vape 5 unit a couple of more times I started noticing that Herb was leaking into the digital display of the Vape 5 unit. After the company refused to send a replacement Vape 5 unit I tried to submit a second review with poor product ratings to warn others to be wary of purchasing the Vape 5. VaporNation did not allow either the average Vape 5 review or the negative Vape 5 review to post on their website. Given that the company won't allow any average or negative product reviews I also suspect many if not all of the only great product reviews on the website are probably fraudulent likely created by the VaporNation representatives themselves or friends and associates doing VaporNation a favor (or maybe being paid) to provide good product reviews.
