As you can see Vicky has stopped responding in fear of more information on her being leaked. The project they used in Laval Quebec to scam people is now under the control of the Quebec Court. Mr Gupta is in hiding and so is Vicky.

It is strongly recommended that any victims who have not gone to the police yet do so immediately. Do not be afraid of their threats, united we will teach these people a lesson.

Vasiliki ANDREADAKIS is a pathological liar. She will say whatever she has to in order to get money out of her targets hands. Her real name was first discovered via a bank employee who was questioned about this lady. Her home was then discovered by one of the victims who followed her. Later her name and address appeared in court documents.

Her most recent scam is with HAISSAM KARHANI and KRISHNA MURANI GUPTA. Both these men have a history of ethical and legal issues.

As for Vicky, her scamming is coming to an end as she has scammed so many people that it is a matter of time before her CRMINAL legal issues start.

She is currently defending herself with a ridiculous explanation that she doesn’t live/operate at 4214 in Laval. Also she now claims the court documents are wrong. Really?? How unlucky are you?

Dear Vicky, stop your scamming antics immediately. Laval registry says the house is currently owned by your husband. I'm sure you don't want the deed of your house looked into.

Hi, this site may not be the place to ague facts related to this topic. I found this page doing a google search for this person. However there does seem to be evidence that suggest that the name(s) from the original poster may indeed be the same person. The property which isn’t listed here anymore but viewable via cache was recently sold possibly between family members. That said I question the truth of these posters.

There are Quebec court documents that suggest at lease one of these names are tied to the property. Other publicly available information also suggests that this information may indeed be ture.

I would like to thank the original poster as I was unable to find the true name of this lady for years. I find it odd that the follow up posters would automatically tie the name and property as “owners” of said property. The original poster didn’t make such a claim.

Has it occurred to anyone that all this may very well be personal in nature?  In all honesty, I know the person listed and the fact of the matter is that the person is not and never has been a broker; therefore, making the original complaint writen inaccurate and invalid.  Aside from the evident aforementioned fact, I would caution the original author about having committed slander/libel.  Those of us, who have the good fortune of having had relations with the complained about in this report, feel blessed in having this person in our lives and have seen nothing but good come from our relationship and exchanges with this person.

Upon looking up my address on the computer, I found this report/posting and I have the following to say.  As the actual owner of the property listed, in this inaccurate and ill worded report and posting, I find it to be truly disturbing.  Any person, for whatever reason, could log in and create a false face, false reputation, false address and false phone number for another person.  These ill actions end up creating problems and issues for "the intended victim" along with the person/people who are the actual owners of the information that has been used, without their consent and knowledge; thereby, also affecting their family, friends, etc., and all without accountability, due to a lack of a verifiable identification.  I dare the author of this report/posting that I am answering to, to publicly reveal his/her true identity along with his/her contact information.  My address and former phone number shall not be randomly flung into the internet and used for the savoury satisfaction of some inaccurately named or unnamed entity, looking for "shits and giggles" and/or to satisfy some private vendetta.  I am the owner of the property with the address listed in this report/posting, my name is not Vasiliki Andreadakis and I have been the owner of this property for many years.  Dear ripoffreport.com editors, I would appreciate it, as a citizen of The European Union; hence, protected by the draconian E.U.
