We have also been ripped-off ,We bought our system and we neve received our rebatesfor the system, or can't get tech support,they refer me to a 900 fee call line to Micron because they only cover hardware not software, our system never could play a DVD, and we can't get the JAVA to work so we can view moving radar from the weather channel.com , I think this is a bad
thing, that nobody saw this coming. i feel taken by this company VCstore,,
PLease help!
