I choose to order from the TV.
I call the 800 number and was given an order and date of delivery from 2-4 weeks. When my credit card bill arrived it had been billed the same day of ordering. After 2 weeks called the 800 number for a shipping date, the wait to customer service was up to an hour, and sometimes I couldn't get threw at all. When I finally did reach them, was informed due to the demand of orders they could give no approx. time of delivery. Waited and call twice after that, returned to the web site and it had been closed.
When searching the Internet found faud reports on this company and many complaints.
Emailed the vcstore custserv@vcstore.com asking them to cancel my order and credit the amount back to my creditcard. Have not been able to reach them by phone and have not returned my email.
