vector marketing / manager morris tolmachof did not pay base pay as required bakersfield, California

The company has two payment methods, one is a base pay which pays $12.50 per appointment. The other way is off of commision,now i was payed $12.15 for one week of work. I sold about 86 dollas of product and did 7 appointments off of this informstion i had i should have made about $83. Now when i metioned this to my manager they stated "we didn't get the appointments sent in on time and it would show up on my next check."

Well i checked my next check stub and it stated i was only getting $102. The week that i had for this pay check i sold $156 worth of product at 15% commision, and i had 9 appointments. So if u do the math 9 plus 7 is 16, now that should be a little closer to 200 dollars of base pay. Now if u look at the stats 16 times $12.50 equals $200 exactly, so were is the other $98. What i am looking to do is sue the manager for breach of contract and the rest of my pay that i was not payed.
