I worked there for three years and was an assistant manager when I was a young kid and I have to say I consider it the stupidest thing I have ever done for anextended period of time. I wish people would not write such uneducated opinions however I would imagine most of them are young kids who do not know any better. Vector is not a scam however it is an illogical scheme and young kids are prayed on for many reasons. The simple being they are naturally very ignorant. It is extremely manipulative and for 99.5 percent of people it does not work however everything one sale is only profit to the company for the most part.

I was considered to be in the 1 percentile who actually succeeded at vector. my average pay working for them was about $100 a week if not less. I made well below minimum wage for the hours I had put into it and factoring in the cost of gas. I knew what everyone made and I can tell you the average sales rep made maybe $30-$50 a week. I could write a long theses on how shady and how awful the business practices of this company is but that would be too much to write here. For all the people who have been manipulated by this company do not feel bad.

 They have put together an amazing program to do that to you. It really is top notch. For anyone who wants to get back at vector what you can do is very simple. When they have interviews and training you can protest peacefully and speak to the people going in for what they think is an interview but is to be recruited and explain to them what they are really going into. You can also put ads in the paper and ask for others to come. This is truly a horrible company and it was a horrible experience for me and a waste of my youth. Hope this has helped
