Velocity express not only finds ways to charge drivers for unexplained fees such as scanner fees i worked for the pensacola office for 10 months and used a scanner approximately 10 times but had scanner deduction come out of my check every week. on top of this i was also charged for cargo loss insurance that is not what it was said it was my manager was given a responsibility to hire a second driver to cover a route i was doing due to the peak season noone was ever hired thus route had various reshipped items to which were not pod ed correctly and not logged before being reshipped to staples ( I questioned the returned items as they were being loaded on the truck and was told that it was to late to worry about them now there was nothing that could be done--they were trying to clean out the warehouse due to the fact that they thought they were going to have a visit from someone higher up in the company and the warehouse was a shambles most of the returns had been sitting there for months)

I was then charged a total of 750.00 for cargo loss and when I questioned this and tried to argue the fact I was told that they had someone to replace me and that was the best thing to do OH and while this mishap happened and for 6 weeks my paycheck was never correct as money is floated in other checks. by the way the visit never happened Devin only called and never came by and told another senior John that the warehouse looked fine that was a joke you could barely pull a van in forward.
