This scam made BILLIONS for this GREEDY entity, and made fools us all. Consumer Fraud is illegal and on this scale it is Major crime of their naiive Wallinford Connecticut

    The "VERIZON" ripoff-data-scam is the most outrageous fraudulent con I know of that has gone on for years and cost customers BILLIONS of dollars. Charging customers $20 pr month for each line of service for a specific amount of "DATA USEAGE" even when it was not used. Some months we used less then 1 tenth of 1 percent of the 2 gigabytes we were required to pay for just have a so called "SMART PHONE"! Well there is no such thing as a smart phone. It's a made up term to make people think they are getting something that required this huge amount of data useage just to use the d**n thing. Total and absolute fraud committed by the top executives of this monster company driven by greed and arrogance they have so far actually pulled it off.

    Personally I don't pay for more electricity , water, gas,  or anything else that I do not use. Yet our government has allowed this slap in your face scam to continue costing the hard working customers billions of dollars for a commodity they never received. 

       I demand that Verizon pay us back everey cent they charged us for a product they didn't supply. It's really that simple. This scam is by far the highest form of FRAUD that I have been a victim of. Ripping off millions of customers for BILLIONS of dollars, openly and wrecklessly stealing our money while our government protection sits on it's a*s and let's it go on even letting themselves be victimized. I suppose the taxpayer pays teir phone bill so it doesn't really infect them. Our govrnment is just as guilty as the Verizon preditors for doing nothing about it. I gues one thing we could do is each of us file a claim for a refund of our money paid for product we did not get. Flooding the lower courts with thousans of small claims would surely bring this scam out in the open forum and the lazy cunsumer protectors would hide their heads in shame. After just one claim is won and a refund is the judgement Verizon would have to pay back everyone they ripped off and punitive damages would skyrocket into the 10s of billions range. My wife and I have paid out more than $1500 for unused data, which I beleive is the largest claim for small claim courts.

   I am so sick and tired of these vulture type preditory companies and our own government finding new ways 24 hours a day to screw us out of our paychecks. Any body else had enough? United we stand divided we each get screwed. So if you paid Verizon for data you never used, let's do whatever we can to get our money back and send the thieves to jail.
