I was shopping around after having my 2 year contract expire. Always got free upgrades every 2 years. With Verizon for 14 years.  I was charged $10 a month more than promised, $60 in upgrade fees, given 1/4 the amount of data promised, charged tax on the full retail value for the phone, not the discounts...what other retailer does this?  You pay tax on what you pay. Since I didn't pay my bill within 14 days, the are threatening a $350 cancellation per phone. Crooks. Trying to switch to a company like T mobile who might buy out the contract. Or else, I'll cancel the account , camp cel my $400 payment and let them come after me. I'll never do business with them again. They are liars and crooks.
