Verizon has conveniently buried in their fine print somewhere that they will not refund for crappy quality delivery of HD videos purchased through On Demand online. Racket! Scam! Meanwhile they bill me for the internet service and the TV and on demand, but when there is a problem they blame me for trying to use a laptop connected wirelessly to the router. Unbelievable.
