I received a bill from Verizon this month for a $20.00 service dated 01/09/2010. I called Verizon and told them I don't know what service was and did not want it. They told me I had to pay and there was no way they could stop service. I called the 800 number and was told I registered for this service. I DID NOT! However I could unregister but still pay the $20.00. In checking, I have found that this a nation wide scam and no one seems to be able to stop it.
