Vertical Scope Rob Laidlaw Fradulant Advertising, Theft of Money, Misrepresentation of Membership Toronto, Ontario

Mr. Rob Laidlaw/Vertical Scope CEO has stolen membership Life Membership fees and won't return them.  I was once a member of Triumphrat.net and was suspended for whatever reason.  It's a long story and not worth repeating as it had no basis of fact or content. 

They revoked my Lifetime membership and suspended me.  I requested they return the Lifetime membership fees as I can no longer use the site.  They of course refused, quoting an obscure rule in their Acceptable Use Policy AUP's.  The problem with this rule is;  It's states if the member quits the forum they are not entitled to a refund.  I didn't quit, they refused me access so they owe me the entire refund of the lifetime membership.

It goes without saying, Vertical Scope has quite a bad reputation on the Internet and is listed as a malicious site by many Internet Blacklisting site as well as site advisors to include; Web of Trust, McAfee Site Advisor and other.  They have been contact twice regarding their illegal witholding of my membership fees and refuse to refund them.

They have been reported to the BBB for this illegal activity. 

They had a Moderator named; Phil (HiDesert) a Nuclear Scientist, who worked for Los Alamos National Labs and was using his on-duty time to monitor the  the forum.  He was also utilizing a high security U.S. Governement network to accomplish this task.  Otherwise, he was allowing an unsecure server to connect to a highly guarded DOE Network without permission or knowledge of the DOE.  He was reported to the DOE for unethical activity and forced to cease and desist.  He was also chastised for his lack of duty performance.  This is a major breach in one of highest security DOE facilities in the country. 

Consequently Vertical Scope had access to this DOE High Security Network and they have not been investigated for their illegal activity by the DOE, FBI, or NSA.  Phil (HiDesert) who is still utilizing this system has committed a grave violation of compusec security.  Verticle scope needs to immediately be ceased by either the Canadian Government and  U.S. Government then investigated for this unauthorized major breach of security.

Everything reported here is first hand knowledge and needs to be investigated.
