Credit Card Rip Off. They claim to be brokers (we are a broker) once we signed the nondisclosure they still wanted us to sign up and pay a monthly fee to see the actual business for sale. They claim it was for privacy protection of the seller but we had already signed their nondisclosure. They are not selling business but are earning their money via a credit card charge. This is NOT industry standard do NOT pay them.
