I went to via trading expecting to purchase merchandise I could resell at my own location and online. With this in mind I explained to the salesman I needed new merchandise. I was intent on Overstock and Shelf Pulls merchandise. I see another complaint on this site where the complaintant accused Via of cherry picking and sorting their merchandise. The company wrote a rebuttal denying the accusations. The company is lying. Go on amazon or ebay websites and type in via trading. You will see that they do in fact sell all the higher end items they cherry pick from your purchases or potential purchases. Everyone in that company lies and they put on a good act when in person. They will stop other employees and ask questions and the other employee is basically a yes man with a rehearsed reply. I spent almost $6,000.00 in one day on furniture and other pallets of merchandise. The furniture is prepared in a way that you cannot not visually inspect it at the time of purchase. They leave the "New sales tags" exposed to indicate it is new items. Then your salesman will say "I never heard of this store where we got this merchandise". Then he will pull aside another salesman and ask him if he's ever heard of this company. As planned the other saleman will say "Yes, I've seen it only a few times but their merchandise goes fast because its all new furniture". Then your salesman will say "Wow! I didn't know about this merchandise. I will have to keep an eye out for it for now on because new merchandise sales fast!!!" I advise you if you're going to Via Trading to walk in and do not let a saleman assist you. Just monitor and observe their traits. You will see that it is one big act. They are faking their questions and replies. I have had some success in Via but the failures far outweigh the success. The day I spent the almost $6k ended up being a complete loss. I complained to the company about only the $2000 worth of couches and they offered me a $500 in store credit. $500 for $2000????? That is unacceptable to me cause it costs me that much in gas to drive from Arizona to Los Angeles just to accept this offer. They have the same girl going around the internet typing up the same boring rebuttal to every complaint they receive. The place is a third party vendor and if you google liquidators or wholesalers you can find avenues to just buy direct from the stores. Do not buy from Via cause you're basically paying them to cherry pick your merchandise and still sell it to you for more than it costs to go direct. In fact once you google it and find your new source you will see that you get free shipping within a 500 mile radius. Via does not offer this. They buy direct and get free shipping on most of their loads... Then charge you shipping to have it delivered to you. The place is one big scam!!!

That's a very cute rebuttal. But as usual it's packed with lies and misleading. First off let me inform you that I know a half dozen people who have bought from you. None spent the kind of money I did. But they spent and won't do it again. I have told them to file complaints but they just don't want to waste anymore time on Via. But they have told me they will expose your company and its fraud if it I feel it's important to the community and potential "victims" you will rip off. I can guarantee you that this will now happen. The $2k u ripped me off for will cost you 10 times that in customers I promise. OK now to respond to your "rebuttal". Yes I did have purchases. 10 of them. But... the first 3 were all at once. I bought those first 3 loads and they were delivered around the same time. So it isn't like I made a purchase, was happy, and came back again! Not even close! I came in and bought that first load which had the junk furniture. I paid $6k. Then David called just a few days later before I even had the first load and said he had a great kohl's load for $6k. Now remember I still hadn't received the first. Then he calls and says he has 9 shopko pallets at $999 each and I committed on those. Granted I didn't pick them up right away so at this point I knew you were selling junk and garbage.... but I already wired half the $9000 in advance. I was pretty much stuck. Now... I did purchase a few pallets after that. Um, for $500 or less per pallet. And that was only 4 times cause David claimed he was trying to get Via to make good on my past purchases! I never spent big money with you again. In fact... tell the readers how many I had to cancel! I was told to come into L.A. a dozen times to pick up "good product" put aside for me. Each time I came I'm all the way from Arizona I declined and left empty handed. Waste of time cause 99.9% of what you guys have is junk and garbage. So I hope you feel good ripping Mr off for the $2k cause it's going to cost you more headache than its worth. Most your clients don't even come back. Problem for them is they're not fluent in English or Internet savvy so they do not know how to expose you. Well that's not the case with me... so here I am. To expose you for the fraud you are! Why anyone would buy from you after doing their research on my reviews that will be all over the internet on every site I can find would be a miracle. Even your own people admitted to me that you buy your merchandise from Genco. So once people learn this they will cut out the middle man (you) and go directly to the source (Genco) (B Stock). I wasn't even going to reveal those vendors but every time you make a feeble attempt to make yourself look innocent I will expose you more and more. I will stand out in front of your warehouse for the next 6 months and pass out flyers for the real liquidators. Dare me? Cause I'm just getting started.

Thank you for the feedback

Customer came in to our facility in person and purchased 22 customer return pallets

Customer has since repeated purchases 9 times (10 total) despite their opinion

Customer is complaining about 12 pallets purchased for a merchandise total of $915.30 (average $76.25/pallet) - and claims

he was told they were new overstock and not as-is returns. Our records indicate differently but as customer satisfaction is

important to us we did offer customer a $500 merchandise credit

Via Trading services over 15,000 orders a year with the large majority being from repeat buyers

VIa Trading does not sell any merchandise retail. We are purely a b2b company

Anyone is welcome to visit our facility in person and view over 20,000 pallets that we have in stock & experince the service for themselves

Via Trading has direct and many exclusive or regionally exclusive contracts with major department stores. Most but not all of our programs are only avaiable for

purchase through us .

I regret that we have been unable to come to a resolution with the customer at this time but will work towards doing so
