Last week we went into the Viaero Store in Scottsbluff, Nebr. We upgraded our cell phones but not our account and paid $175.00 for new upgrade phone. We wanted to do both phones at that time but was told they were out of stock and only had the one. If I would come back next week when they got more in on Tuesday they would do the same thing for my second phone. I went back in on Thursday and was told by different people, as they rotate the employees to make it hard to complain to the ones that actually sold you the phone. Ron the sales person that didnt know squat and had to keep going to the pretend manager that didnt know squat either told me it was going to cost me more now for my phone because the promotion that was going on when I bought the first phone had stopped last Monday. I woujld like to know why I was told they could do the same thing for second phone, why wasnt I told about any fricking promotion, why wasnt i told the promotion would be over before they got more phones in???? Its a ripoff set up on purpose to raise prices when they know you want more than one. I bet they had plenty of the phones in back the first time but told me they didnt just so they could rip me off the next week. Business like Viaero and Verizon should be shut down and employees sent to prison for stealing from the customers. It's flat out ripping off the customer and stealing!! If they make a comment then stand behind it. Now I wouldnt recommend Viaero to anyone, I do believe they are trained by Verizon how to rip off customers!! To add to it we cant call from our new phones keeps comming up no smd or some stupid card not found!! Ron and the pretend manager were not informitive or suggesting any help at time of sale. Just because they know all the tricks of the phone doesn't mean the customer does!! Under the VIAERO emblem on the pretend managers shirt need to change it to "here to rip you off"!

Not a ripoff

 First, I find your level of self entitlement to be truly sickening. YOU should have protected yourself by asking for a raincheck. Im also sure you DID NOT ask if the price was going to be the same. As we live in a linear universe, time keeps progressing forward. This means you got a deal on your phone but when you went back the sale was over. Those poor employees make what is in essence minimum wage plus tips. They normally have no idea when the prices will change. So your asurtation that they did this JUST to screw you is the highth of ego. You are not important enough to waste the time to screw you over.

Its understandable that you are upset that you couldnt get another phone at the cheaper rate you paid for the first one. Let me drop some information on you. PHONES COST A LOT OF MONEY!!!!!! Your average smartphone runs between $600-$800. You are not made to pay the actual full price of a phone because you normally sign a contract for service and they make back the several hundred dollars by having you in a contract. CELLPHONE PRICES CHANGE WEEKLY!!!

Much like a new video game, cellphones only have a small window for them to make any money on a cellphone sale. The profit margin on ANY cellphone is miniscule at best. This means that if you bought a cellphone for $300 you can be sure the company you purchased it from paid $285-$295 for the device.

They were out of stock on the phone that you wanted when you made your original purchase. Thats understandable. But to hold even the manager responsable for something completly out of their control is totally stupid. Stock levels and pricing is always handled by the corporate office. You are taking your anger out on the wrong people for the wrong reasons. You should be pissed at yourself because you didnt ask the basic questions needed and you didnt get a raincheck. They are not responsable for YOUR time managment. They are not responsable for you not getting another phone at the cheaper price. Your attitude really sucks ass. These are people too, just like you. The way you speak about them shows nothing but total disrespect for them or the job they have to do. You show yourself to be a perfect ass. Im 100% sure if anyone treated them as you have done so you would have lost your temper. In fact not only do you strike me as someone who has ego issues, but as someone who wouldnt stand for the shitty treatment that you have heaped on those employees.

You need a attitude adjustment and you need to grow the hell up. You are holding ppl responsable for YOUR issues. They did their job correctly. Youre just a cheap ass SOB who hates everyone thats not themselves. And has a higher expectation of how THEY are to be treated.

GROW UP PRINCESS BECAUSE YOU SHOULDNT BE THAT STUPID!!!
