 The other VA also tried to contact her by phone but she refuse to talk to her about the situation. Most VA's charge $30-$40.00 an hour . So she would of been out of alot more money than $50.00 for deposit. She also changed my contract without my permission. And she did sign it agreeing to the terms and policy. She is the ripp-off she is trying to slander my business.

 The document the client sent me I had sub-contracted out to a another VA. Because I was doing work for someone else.

 Which she had did the document and sent it back to me. It was a miscommunication with the client. I thought she wanted

 the document in publisher she said she did not . I had told the VA to do it in publisher which she did. She said she had follow

 the instructions in the e-mail exactly. She did not change anything we had went over the document together . I sent it to

 the client The client said the document had been changed misspell words formatting was wrong logo had been change.

I offer to do the work over again. I even offer to do the next couple of projects for free. She refuse I can see if this had

happen before. This has never happen to me. My other clients I work for has never complain always very satisfied with my

work I do for them. No complaints at all I think the client just wanted her money back and said the document was not right.
