Vic's Bingo I won $5000 and they refused to pay Internet

  I have been a member for a short time and after depositing approximately $5000 or more I was able to win $21,000 which I had to play back all but 5000. I sent them all the documents they asked for all the information bank account routing numbers to deposit winnings and everything. So I logged into the account and saw that my withdrawal had been pushed back to me for the second time so I contacted live help and they said they don't know why so I logged out and log back in again and I was locked out of my account I was in the middle of playing then all of a sudden my account was locked out. I have tried contacting them by phone no one ever answers I've sent multiple emails which I have kept copies they said I violated their policy when I asked him to explain I got no answer all they did was stall & stall from the time I won the money so they don't have to pay. They said something about returning my initial deposit within two weeks. But that is not good enough they are thieves and they do not pay when you win so it's a waste of time don't play there you'll be robbed too. do not play at that site they are ripoffs and thieves in because they are not in the United States we have no rules to govern them.
