I originally contacted Victor Sepulveda through a Craigslist ad.  He said he was going to purchase a franchise called Permit Masters and needed the capital to fund the deal.  Permit Masters was supposed to be a company that assisted medium to big construction projects in obtaining building permits.  It was an expedite service to help speed up the process and help with time management.  It was even a service for upgrades and additions to businesses and residential homes. Victor Sepulveda projected that we would see thousands in revenue per week.  He was going to put the business under the company name Visenet.

Everything appeared legitimate and so I gave him about 7k upfront to begin the training classes for the Permit Masters franchise course.

By the time I realized the entire deal was a complete scam, I had given him a total of 20k.  It was lie after lie about everything I was told.  He used the money to pay off his personal debt, including the same guy he said was supposed to be our first customer.  Since I had been to his residence a few times I knew where he lived and told him to return my money.

Basically, over a period of a few years and trying to pull teeth and get my money back, Victor paid me about 15k out of the 20k and then decided he didn’t have to finish paying me the remainder of my money.  At one time he promised me that he was going to give me his car as payment if he was unable to give the remaining balance he owed me, but again, he lied.  The last contact with Victor was basically a text saying he was no longer going to deal with me.

Victor Sepulveda is a fraud and should be put in jail for his crime.  Do not do business with this scammer!!  His lies are very creative and have no boundries.  He even told me he was going to get other investors involved with his fake company so he could pay me off.  This never happened.

You have been warned.  Stay clear of Victor Sepulveda.  He will say whatever it takes to swindle you for your money.  Once a thief, always a thief.
