Consumers should be wary of the generic contracts used at Victory M. Arts. The contracts do not clarify number of classes , allowing the teacher to bait & switch services at his/her whim. In my case, my available classes dropped after a schedule change, resulting in a reduction to less than half of previous months. The fee of 150. remained the same. 2. These contracts do not allow the student to withdraw even if injured or re-location, or loss of employment. 3. The processors, whose identity was denied to me, do not notify the student if the auto draw is not successful , instead the " processor" keeps attempting successive draws billing the student punitive fees for each attempt. And since no notification is sent, they then add a late penalty. The language in these contracts also empowers the teacher to claim he d id not recieve 30 days notice so be sure to send your resignation via certified or traceable mail. The shadow corporation that profiteers from these shady business practices seems to enjoy the complicity of the teachers. This is abusive and not in accord with the true nature of the arts.
