Everything that they said to receive was a lie!  Have not seen the directory of available SFX reports which they promised included ALL resorts from RCI, II and other exchange companies. Reading that EAS does not get rid of your timeshares either from the MANY reviews, this is a SCAM from the first moment your walk on to their property!  I will request a FULL refund and this will HOPEFULLY  get out on the WEB that VIDA/VIDANTA/Mayan Palace resorts is in ALL and ALL SCAM and they will take your money and run leaving you with MORE expenses that you could have EVER imagined and you will have nothing GOOD about this experience.

PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT say YES to anything related to this company or you will be SORRY!

From ONE OF MANY, MANY SCAMMED with their lies from VIDA/VIDANTA!

I've spent a lot of money and i was scammed by other companies trying to cancel my timeshare. My advice is that if you're going to hire a company to help you with the problem, DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT, because it use to be a fraud. I did a research on internet and i found some interesting articles, i recommend you to read this one:
