i ordered a system from the video computer store on the 13th of nov.,,, my debit card was charged on the 20th of nov,,, i never received any merchindice so i called and they said they were having trouble getting the systems from there distributers,,, i cancelled my order on the 15th of jan.,,, to this day i have not gotten my refund,,, i have called 100s of times and have emailed 100s of time,,, on feb 20 they assured me my refund would be credited immediantly,,,, but it never happened,,, now when i email them they tell me to dispute the charge with the credit card company to get your money back,,, i now know that they are not planning on giving my money back,,, iv never heard of a company that tells you to dispute there charge with the credit card company,,,, by doing this they are borrowing money from the credit card company until they can afford to pay you back,,,, how can the credit card companies let them get away with this

soyo will not help me

I have purchased 6 soyo motherboards within a 2 week period. The first 4 boards were no good, they never work. The 5th board, the bios was bad, that one never work. The 6th board work great for a month and a half. I had to pay $35 for each board to be check. Soyo will not respond to me since I gave them the serial # off the motherboard. I just want another motherboard or my money back. They will not answer to my phone calls or letters. I paid $159 for this board. They should stick to their warrenty, its not my fault they stop making them. They should stop making any boards. Who do I turn to....I just want another motherboard. I"m disabled..and its hard for me to get around. I feel they should deleiver it personaly
