Vincent Scotto is a thief. I worked for him until he tried to unilaterrally change our mutually agreed upon hours by cutting them severely. I refused to work for the reduced hours so I resigned. At the time he owed me two weeks of duly earned wages.
Vincent Scotto, because he was upset that I resigned stating that he was not going to pay me. He is in violation of New York State Department of Labor Law that treats refusal to pay duly earned wages as a misdemeanor for the first offense, and a felony for subsequent offenses.
I have no doubt that he has done this to others. Vincent Scotto is a partner in IKE Enterprises with Angelo Petitto. Vincent Scotto used to be an NYPD supervisor. I guess he left the job to become a perp. So much for the higher standard.
