Took out a loan and they required an Auto club for a fee of $100.00 per month in place of the 300% fee that they stated they are not charging really??? The company states a loan for 6% interest and state the auto club at $100.00 per month covering  mechanical breakdown  free tow within 100 miles and you pay for the parts and $100.00 for the labor, sounds  okay right? Wrong this is just the lure, if you file a claim they tell you to leave your car there it will take several hours.

I had no reason to believe other wise, left my car and went to the loan company 3 hours later and was trying to find out when I could find out what went wrong with my car and pay the $100.00 for the repair and was told they had no info it is out of their hands once they fax for the tow truck, I asked  do you know if my car has been picked up and they stated no, can I call the company towing my car no, where are they going to tow my car, Garland, I was told Arlington during the signing of the contract.

Can I contact them or get the address where they are taking my car, no, do you know if they have picked up my car, no, do I need to get my own tow truck, Hey I don't care get a loan with Title Max or get an attorney. I was shocked, I called them at 8:58am to report the  incident and went to the company at 12:00PM 3 hours later, after saying all this  he finished his statement to me "if I did tow your car it would go in a long line of other cars that needed repair", promptly I went to check on my car and it had not been picked up.

Note the contract states if the car is impounded they will not tow your car, I waited for several hours more and the police arrived and stated the car had to be moved immediately or it would be impounded and I called and advised them and even  tried to get the tow truck on the scene to bring it in for them and they refused to pay for it stating we are on our way, they never showed and I had to tow my car myself. They never called back to see if me and my car were safely removed from the side of the road. I waited 5 and 1/2 hours for them to pick up the car. They never did.

I called them 4 days later and the company stated they came after the time I told them that I had my car towed and that I was not there. If I had not returned my car would have been impounded and they would have never contacted me. When speaking with them during the call on the forth day I was told not to call there again. I quickly went to the location, they have my title, told them I have every right to be there and I have a contract with them and by law I am allowed to be there if they are open to the public, they told me they thought my car had been imponded and did nothing about picking up my car and refused to pay for the tow.

It has been a month and they still have not settled the issue with me. I paid my loan off and it has been two weeks and still they have not sent me my title. other companies give you the title when you pay the loan off they are still trying to be rude and abusive and not honoring their contract.

If you can imagine how this works out when they do not pick up your car and it gets impounded, costing several hundreds of dollars and the repair and the payment, and the tow. Yeah this is not the consumers fault and this would lead to your car being repossed if you had a late payment, they will charge you a ton of fees if you are late or miss a payment and repossess your car but yet they do not want to tow the car or fix it in a timely manner to cause you isses with not having a car due to they did not tow your car and repair it in a timely manner, costing you your job, your car, everything.

This is the company VIP Finance, do we want people who treat their customers like this  doing business in our nation, no, liars shut your doors and find a job that you can do instead of ripping people off. Why else would they behave this way to a customer who was current and on time and had the money to pay for the repair, I just happened to check on my car. Like I said a month later they still have not resolved this and two weeks after payoff they have not returned my title???? Something is a little wrong here. Borrowers beware VIP Finance in DFW and tell everyone you know so we can get rid of bad businesses that think they can treat customers like this. We pay them, and they obviously forgot that, lets show them!!
