virgin mobil Charged me for phone minutes which I could not access. Sydney, NSW, , Other
When I tried to make a call, I received the message " Call cannot be made because you have no time on your account".
I changed cell phone companies.
I was told by Kary in the Finance Dept that a refund could not be made because the account had been closed.
