I  prepaid $300 3 years ago to keep from having to buy monthly up cards for cellphone usage. I had to fight like crazy to get them to let me use the first $200. They kept saying we cannot let you pay in advance. I already had paid and was able after a lot of pressure 2 years in a row I paid and used the phone. Only for emergency  use less than 2 hours for the 2 years. They never tried to email or phone that they could not  accept the $300. 

When the third year came up I tried for over 21/2 hours and 3-4 agents to get the last year. They said no we do not allow that. I explained it was OK for you for 2 years to do it. They said I would have to pay an additional $80 for the year and they would keep the $100. Or I could use the $100 to buy a phone. I said I have a phone I got from you already it works fine. I just want to use the money for the emergency phone service I need. They said that  They were cancelling my service and under no circumstances do they ever give refunds. So I am out a years worth of emergency phone service and need to buy a new phone and a contract service much more expensive than I can afford.

After seeing over almost 2000 serious complaints of horrible customer theft and abuse I quit looking at them it was.So depressing. I could not believe the lies I heard from them last night, but even more I read online.
