Unfounded charges of $9.99 Theres times in one week. I called the first time And was told it would be refunded. They said they had no control over the charger. My money was refunded And a supposed boicot put on my phone so it wouldnt happened again. It happened 2 more times! Totalling 3 times in leas than one week! This is just wrong. I have been with virgin mobile over 10 years And dont think i Will be much longer if this continues to happened.
