Virgin Mobile USA Unethical sales practices, inadequate coverage, dispicable customer service Nationwide

Never do business with Virgin Mobile, Unless you want to be ripped off. They use the sprint network and their services are crap I've haven't been able to get decent service from them where I live at and most places I go too I cant get service at all.

They sold me service in an area, where they are now telling me, (they do not have coverage). I am constantly dropping calls, call quality is crap and that is when can actually get any service at all.

 I have been trying to get a refund for several days now. I dont seem to be getting anywhere with them. The most they are willing to offer me, is a free month of service. What good is that going to do me, when My call quality is for s**t. ‪

It looks like I'm not the only one un-happy with their service .They have 280 complaints listed on Rip-off reports.com  I guess I will just add mine to the list and advise people not to use thier services.
