Sorry to say that I bought a Broadband 2go device from Wal-Mart for Virgin Mobile. It's the worst service ever. The foreign call center people can't even pronounce an easy name & their people skills are poor.
After having the service for many months I have noticed that the service has deteriorated. Very limited data for the price paid and the customer service lacks in all aspects, that is if you can get thru to talk to a real person that barely speaks english.
When I cancelled my service I was told that I had $10 left on my account & would lose it. So that means that Virgin Mobile just stole $10 from me. Does that sound fair? They will turn off your service if you're 1 day late but not give you back the $$ that they owe you.
I smell a class action law suit on behalf of all past & present Virgin Mobile customers.
