Virginia Division Of Child Support Enforcement Manassas Office Tameyka Hull Same rules don't apply to everyone Manassas Virginia

 I wanted to write this as a warning to anyone who has a Child Support case the Virginia DCSE (Manassas Office) I dont know about any of the other locations other than Manassas but here is the problem.... I have had a case as a custodial parent since 2007, since that time the NCP has avioded and snaked around the paperwork necessary to complete the process in providing for his children. I have had to call the office and file several reviews in order for numbers to be correctly calculated and each time, he was given an extension in filing paperwork. In 2012 I filed a review to be credited for the health and dental coverage that i provide and I was denied because their father is military and has tricare...even though he had not enrolled them in tricare and provided no dental coverage (even though this is court ordered that we BOTH provide coverage)...on the flip side my husband has a case with the same office for his daughter as the NCP and he was told that even though his helath coverage was cheaper for his daughter the CP can cover the child and receieve credit despite the fact that she had 3 other children listed on her policy, she is being credited for her entire premium....How does that make sense that I provide for my children health and dental as the CP and I cant get credit all I get is that we both provide coverage and him as the NCP has to pay for his child's mother to have coverage for all 4 of her children even though only one is his and he provides health and dental at a lower premium. i recieve 410/per month for 2 children and he pays 532/month for one child and my childrens father makes more money than my husband with no other children, my husband and i have a child together and he pays more for one child.......thats just one of the many problems with this system and when I bring this up Im told that every case is different...understood, but shouldnt the policies be the same across the board???? He is getting taken to the cleaners and being held responsible for the children that his child's mother keeps having even though they dont belong to him and my childrens father keeps finding a way to weasel out of each and every obligation.....how is it that the fathers who want to take part and be actively involved are the ones who get screwed and the a**hole dads get away with murder....someone needs to audit the accounts and see how these numbers are being reached...Im just so fed up with the "bending" of policies as they see fit
